Wonderful Home
It has been wonderful home and neighborhood for us and our children for 13 years!
Our youngest was born in our first year here and our oldest was 2 when we moved in.
Great schools… We
love Davis Drive Elementary and Middle School! Now our oldest son is going to Green Hope High
School! It can’t possibly get any better than these schools! Davis is
walking and biking distance away.
Great neighborhood... We have been fortunate to have a
lot of new young families move to the neighborhood over time. Generally with 2 and 3 kids! We will always cherish the
memories of events like the annual Halloween parade that starts in
Stokesay Court and circles around Covington Square Drive. Walking the
dog to Bond Park via the Greenway access and MacArthur Drive. Riding
bikes to the park to fish. Running to the YMCA to work out. Great
times in our private back yard for cookouts, parties, and playing
numerous sports with the kids.
Great House... We’re
definitely leaving this home with some reservations. We’ve watched our
kids grow up here and will miss it, but we’re entering a new phase and
believe the time is right for a change for our family.
Nearby:
Bond Park…fishing, concerts, athletics, picnics.
Greenway Access…great trails for running, biking and walks.
YMCA…as your kids get older they can walk or ride their bike to the pool…or to play basketball, tennis, etc.
Shopping…convenient to Fresh Market, Char Grill, East Coast Wings, Rudino’s, Doherty’s Pub
RTP and Raleigh (20 minutes or so to each)
